Duplicate or unnecessary payments
If the customer, outside of our control, makes multiple payments for the same order (for example due to a second, third or erroneous payment via the payment system), the amounts concerned will be refunded once they have been effectively credited to our account.
In this case, we reserve the right to deduct the actual and demonstrable transaction fees charged by the payment service provider (such as credit card or payment platform fees) from the amount to be refunded, insofar as these fees are not refunded to us by the payment service provider.
These fees exclusively concern payment costs charged by third parties and do not constitute compensation or a penalty.

What payment options are available?
You can pay online via PayPal, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro and Bancontact. In the shop you can pay cash, with Bancontact or with ecocheques (both paper and digital).

Can I pay after purchase?
This is only for professional customers. As a private customer, you pay in advance or on collection.

Is it possible to get a discount?
If discounts are applicable it will be clearly stated on the product.
